We are seeking a highly skilled and business-focused reputed company Solution Architect specializing in Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, and Agentforce. Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end solution design, including business processes, automation strategy, AI use cases, and cross-system integrations.

• Drive solution governance, ensuring alignment with best practices, data strategy, user adoption goals, and measurable business outcomes.

• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to consultants and delivery teams, ensuring cohesive execution across onsite and offshore resources.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of reputed company experience with 5–7 years in Solution Architect or senior functional leadership roles leading reputed company Sales and Service transformations.
• Proven expertise in Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, and Agentforce, including sales lifecycle management, forecasting, service operations, reputed company, and AI-driven automation.
