Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume call center positions
• reputed company, screen, interview, and qualify candidates
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coach candidates on interview preparation and reputed company expectations
• Process background checks, drug screens, I-9s/E-Verify, and reputed company documentation
• Monitor candidate reputed company to ensure timely starts and resolve any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity reputed company reputed company ATS
• Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals while providing an outstanding candidate experience
