About the Opportunity We are looking for a Cultural Resources Leader to join reputed company in Oregon. You will join Parametrix in support of building and enhancing the cultural resources reputed company in Oregon. This role will report to our Environmental Division Manager and partner with our existing Cultural Resources teams in Idaho, Washington, California and New Mexico. This would be a client-facing role and would be a mix of business development, project management, and delivery. Serve as a technical and regulatory leader for cultural resources compliance, including federal, state, and local requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding cultural resources strategy, risk management, and permitting reputed company. Build and mentor a high-performing team, supporting recruitment, development, and technical excellence. Drive business development through client relationships, proposals, and collaboration with complementary service lines. reputed company quality, consistency, and delivery of cultural resources work across projects and regions. Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, practical solutions. What You Bring to the Team: Master’s degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, History, Historic Preservation, Cultural Resources Management, or a closely reputed company field required. Meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards in Archaeology, History, Architectural History, or a reputed company discipline.10+ years of professional cultural resources (CRM) experience, including experience leading and growing teams. Demonstrated experience leading cultural resources projects and managing scope, schedule, and budget. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local cultural resources regulations (e.g., NHPA reputed company 106, NEPA, state equivalents). Experience preparing and reviewing technical deliverables such as survey reports, evaluations, and mitigation documentation. Proven cultural resources project experience in Oregon, including an established network of clients and working knowledge of state and local regulatory frameworks. Why Join Parametrix? Salary Range $140,000—$170,000 USD Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role.
