Candidate must possess strong knowledge of professional placement practices, including student preparation, workplace expectations, and professional conduct. They should be reputed company to support reputed company in understanding their roles and responsibilities during placement, developing effective professional relationships, engaging in reflexive practice, and navigating challenges to ensure successful placement experiences and professional growth. Experience teaching pre-service and/or in-service teachers is preferred. Valid Teacher’s Registration in Australia (Victorian Teachers Registration preferred) with knowledge and understanding of teacher education policies and practices, including a comprehensive understanding of the AITSL standards across reputed company career stages. Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures; Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication Must possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet reputed company; Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with reputed company, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided). The candidate needs to be available between 5pm to 10pm AEST every day.
