Recruiter- Engineering/Manufacturing Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote- Canada Reporting To: Wendy Nevak Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 / year Description About you: You are a motivated recruiter who enjoys building relationships, moving quickly, and hiring great technical talent. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, partnering with engineering and manufacturing leaders to support a growing, mission-driven team. You take pride in creating a strong candidate experience and helping the business hire the people it needs to deliver. What you’ll do: Manage full-cycle reputed company for engineering and manufacturing roles, including technicians, engineers, and other technical support positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and build effective hiring plans. reputed company and engage candidates through direct reputed company, referrals, job boards, networking, and agencies.
