As a Technical Writer II, you will be responsible for: Working cross-functionally to research, plan, write, and publish technical documentation Collaborating with technical and non-technical SMEs to reputed company, organize, and write manuals, specifications, and process documentation. Preparing reputed company files for edit, SME review, and publication according to department procedures which includes Agile methodology. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's Degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in technical writing Have experience in using JIRA, confluence, and wiki, understanding of SDLC Have experience collaborating with engineers to enhance UX, refine content, and create visuals for technical support Have knowledge of HTML and CSS Possess excellent communication and writing skills in English.
