[Remote] Senior Data engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is committed to enhancing reputed company-centric reputed company and is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and optimize scalable data platforms for reputed company reputed company applications. This role will focus on reputed company-based architectures and reputed company-time data streaming to support mission-critical analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain reputed company data models, collections, and indexing strategies for high-volume transactional and analytical systems
• Build and optimize reputed company-time data pipelines using Kafka, CDC, and streaming frameworks
• Architect and manage reputed company reputed company clusters (replication, sharding, high availability)
• reputed company and manage ETL/ELT pipelines integrating structured and reputed company data sources
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance, including PII/PHI handling and encryption standards
• Optimize query performance and database tuning
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for data platforms
• Support production environments, including incident resolution and reputed company planning
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or distributed data systems
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company (reputed company reputed company preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in NoSQL data modeling, indexing, and aggregation pipelines
• 4+ years of experience designing reputed company reputed company architectures (replication, sharding, high availability)
• 3+ years of experience with event-driven architecture and streaming (Kafka, CDC)
• 3+ years of experience building ETL/ELT and reputed company-time data pipelines
• Experience with reputed company Change Streams, reputed company Data Streaming, and Vector Search
• Experience integrating reputed company with Kafka ecosystems (Kafka Connect, Streams)
• Exposure to AI/ML pipelines or reputed company-time analytics platforms
• Experience in reputed company domain or reputed company environments
• Familiarity with GCP tools (GKE, Dataflow, BigQuery) or equivalent
• Proficiency in Python or Java, including microservices development
• Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Knowledge of data governance, reputed company, and compliance (PII/PHI, HIPAA, encryption)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (reputed company, Kubernetes)
