[Remote] Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage credit, collections, billing, and cash receipts. This role is entrusted with the organization's most reputed company accounts and requires advanced technical knowledge and reputed company expertise to reputed company specialized portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Monitor A/R aging and customer accounts to minimize past due accounts
• reputed company customer credit analysis as needed
• Initiate collection calls, emails, faxes and letters
• Work with Circulation and Advertising Managers on escalating collection actions
• Distribute A/R aging reports and discuss issues with Circulation and Advertising Managers
• Use and maintain A/R collections module in Circulation and Advertising System(s)
• reputed company Customer reputed company and A/R trend analysis
• Research, interpret, and resolve complicated account issues with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Billing, Cash Applications, and GL, to ensure accurate billing and timely collections
• Take initiative to refine procedures, use tact and diplomacy in servicing the client and communicating with others and demonstrate ethical behavior

• A comprehensive understanding of program-specific invoicing, reputed company recognition, and payment processes
• High accountability due to the financial complexity and business impact of these key accounts

• Demonstrated ability to create reputed company spreadsheets using formulas as needed as well as 10 key proficiency

• Advanced knowledge of multiple billing systems, platforms, and specialized advertising programs
• GED or high school diploma
• Associate's degree preferred
