[Remote] Director / Vice President Franchise Sales Marketing

This remote leadership role is responsible for architecting and scaling the full franchise development marketing system and driving reputed company, sales-reputed company franchise candidate flow into the franchise sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale franchise reputed company reputed company systems across paid and organic channels (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, and emerging platforms)
  • Own full-funnel performance from first click through franchise sale, including messaging, reputed company pages, creative, targeting, and conversion optimization
  • Build and manage CRM infrastructure including automation, reputed company scoring, nurturing workflows, segmentation, and attribution modeling
  • Drive reputed company improvement in cost per reputed company franchise reputed company and reputed company conversion performance
  • reputed company franchise sales storytelling assets that convert (video, case studies, testimonials, webinars, digital campaigns, recruitment content)

  • Manage external agencies, media buyers, and marketing partners with direct accountability to franchise sales outcomes

Skills

  • Experience in franchise development operations
