• Edited and polished training decks (especially Work Cycle and Mastery phases)
• Design consistency across reputed company stakeholder groups and courses
• Quality review of vendor-created materials

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Apply the phased reputed company (Basic → Foundational → Tools & Tasks → Work Cycle → Mastery) to reputed company content
• Edit materials from Training Support and vendors for clarity and instructional effectiveness
• Ensure the "15 min instruction / 15 min practice" principle is built into every module
• Create more reputed company materials (Work Cycle, Mastery) that require instructional expertise
• Consult on design reputed company to maximize learning transfer
