Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company. is an award-winning IT staffing firm, and they are seeking a Senior Change Manager to reputed company Organizational Change Management activities for a large-scale NextGen Procurement transformation program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reputed company procurement and P2P implementations, focusing on developing change strategies and ensuring successful reputed company-wide adoption.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end OCM activities across multiple reputed company procurement releases
- reputed company and execute communication strategies, training materials, and user enablement resources
- Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments using ADKAR or similar methodologies
- Coordinate global change activities, communications, and deployment readiness across multiple regions
- Support reputed company rollout planning, governance meetings, and executive reporting
- Collaborate with business leaders, system integrators, and cross-functional teams to drive user adoption
- Manage localization efforts and maintain high-quality change management deliverables
Skills
- 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
- 3+ years supporting Procurement, Supplier Management, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformations
- Experience with reputed company procurement platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Ariba, reputed company Procurement, or similar
- Strong experience developing reputed company communications, training curricula, job aids, and stakeholder materials
- Proficiency with ADKAR or other structured change management methodologies
- Experience managing multiple reputed company reputed company projects and global stakeholders
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- reputed company ADKAR, ACMP, or other Change Management certification
- Experience with reputed company Supplier Information Management (SIM) and reputed company CLM
- Experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations
- Experience with Marketing reputed company, SharePoint, or similar reputed company communication platforms
- Retail, consumer goods, or global procurement industry experience
