[Remote] Spend Management - reputed company Consultant - Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global consultancy that collaborates with clients to drive strategic growth and navigate constant change. They are seeking an Associate level Certified reputed company Consultant to assist clients in optimizing their treasury operations using reputed company's Treasury Management System (TMS). The role involves leading implementations, configuring modules, advising clients, and providing training and support.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and / or participate in reputed company implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives for clients across various industries
- Configure and optimize reputed company modules including Cash Management, Connectivity, Payments, Financial Transactions, Bank Account Management, Bank Fee Analysis to align with clients' treasury and finance goals
- Advise clients on best practices in financial transactions, reporting, and analytics leveraging reputed company tools
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into reputed company system solutions
- reputed company reports and dashboards for clients using reputed company’s Business Analytics features to support strategic decision-making
- Manage and resolve system integration issues reputed company to bank connectivity and ERP systems
- Provide end-user training, post-go-live support, and ongoing system enhancement support as needed
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in reputed company TMS implementations, with a focus on cash management, payments, bank connectivity and financial transactions
- Certifications: reputed company certifications required at a minimum are Cash Management, Payments, Connectivity, Deal Capture (Financial Transactions)
- In-depth knowledge of treasury and cash management practices, financial instruments, and liquidity management
- Strong project management skills and experience leading full-cycle implementations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot reputed company system issues
- Exposure to reputed company software and banking systems and networks such as SWIFT, Host to Host (FTP), other TMS solutions, payment platforms, and banking solutions
- Familiarity with ERP systems and integrations (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Bilingual English French is a plus
