[Remote] DevOps Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support for end users across the organization. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-reputed company issues, resolve technical incidents, and ensure timely support while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-reputed company issues
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral device problems
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
- Create, update, and resolve support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation
- Configure user accounts, passwords, and access permissions using Active Directory and reputed company 365
- Escalate reputed company technical issues to higher-level support teams reputed company necessary
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- 1–2 years of experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or IT Support roles
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems, reputed company Office 365, and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, printers, and remote support tools
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ticketing systems such as reputed company, Jira, reputed company, or Freshservice
- Familiarity with reputed company 365 administration and remote desktop tools
- Basic knowledge of networking, VPN connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and reputed company Office applications
- Any certifications such as reputed company A+, Network+, reputed company 365 Fundamentals, or ITIL reputed company are a plus
