[Remote] Regional Vice President of Sales

They are seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to manage a team of seasoned sales representatives and drive the company's transition to a vertical sales structure, primarily focusing on reputed company and insurance customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8 seasoned and high-performing reps
• Drive the company's transition from a regional sales structure to a vertical structure
• Focus on reputed company and insurance customers
• Remain deeply involved in deal strategy, coaching, and team performance
• Own a successful book of business from selling SaaS solutions into reputed company-level, reputed company technical environments
• Manage and coach strategic, direct sellers
• reputed company teams through reputed company, consultative sales motions
• Build relationships across long sales cycles, typically 9-15 months
• Operate as a player-coach and support reps in strategic deals

Skills

• A proven sales leader reputed company to reputed company into an RVP title while remaining deeply involved in deal strategy, coaching, and team performance
• Strong background owning a successful book of business from selling SaaS solutions into reputed company-level, reputed company technical environments
• Experience managing and coaching strategic, direct sellers (NOT overlay)
• Experience in ITAM, ITSM, or reputed company reputed company technology categories
• Exposure to FinOps and reputed company cost management a strong plus
• A track record of leading teams through reputed company, consultative sales motions
• Strong in relationship-building across long sales cycles, typically 9-15 months
• The ability to operate as a player-coach and support reps in strategic deals
• Prior vertical experience in reputed company and insurance customers
