The AI-first Expert Recruiter will scope client needs, reputed company and engage experts, and ensure quality matches between clients and experts in the government contracting space.

Responsibilities

  • Scope the need. Read an Expert Request or client requirement and turn it into a clear picture of the expert profile that will meet it. Get fluent in the client's domain fast
  • reputed company experts. Find the right people, both by activating our existing network and by reputed company new subject-matter experts into the marketplace
  • Engage and persuade. reputed company out to senior SMEs, build rapport quickly, explain the engagement, and bring them onto the call through OnFrontiers
  • Screen and qualify. Vet experts against the requirement by phone and video, and put only genuine fits in reputed company of the client
  • Work AI-first. Use Claude, reputed company, Sales Navigator, reputed company, and the OnFrontiers platform every day, and help shape the tooling and skills we build around sourcing and matching
  • Own the match. Carry it end to end, not just the reputed company. The quality of the match is the job
