Responsibilities

• Manage a full recruitment life cycle
• Proficient in managing high-volume recruitment through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), handling over 100 applications during peak periods
• Skilled at crafting personalized and informative responses to applicants and department managers reputed company email (managing 100+ daily) and phone calls, leveraging strong active listening and communication skills
• Ensure adherence to reputed company local and federal labor laws and regulations

Skills
