The role involves assisting in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns while supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment event promotions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a reputed company marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
• Responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns including; crafting strategies, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, and measuring results
• Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
• Coordinate and advertise promote reputed company events
• Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like virtual and on-site career fairs or on-reputed company reputed company events
• Generate monthly updates for organization's leadership about on upcoming reputed company marketing initiatives
• Create monthly reports on key reputed company marketing metrics
• Suggest new reputed company for improving candidate experience and engagement
• Research marketing and advertising trends in the reputed company industry
• Assist reputed company recruitment marketing teams in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment event promotion, graphics creation, social media management, reputed company pages audits, copy-writing, digital ads management and reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree
