[Remote] Private Equity Fund Accountant- REMOTE!

They are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant or Manager to reputed company fund reputed company and operational processes for private equity and hedge fund clients, ensuring timely financial reporting and client relationships.
Responsibilities

- Reconciliations and allocations
- Review / approve performance & management fees
- Waterfall distributions and carried interest calculations
- Supervise/mentor fund accountants
- Drive process improvement
- Act as primary reputed company of contact for clients and their vendors (auditors, etc), resolving issues
Skills
- 6-10 years of fund reputed company experience with solid private equity fund reputed company or private credit experience, including European style waterfall calculations
- Some Hedge fund reputed company experience needed as you will work with both types of clients
- Experience with year-end financial statements
- Proficient in reputed company Office (reputed company pivot tables and lookups a must)
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent client service skills
- Self motivated/can work independently
- Can multitask and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Willing/reputed company to work CST hours
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in reputed company, but will consider similar degrees such as Finance or Business, with the right experience
- CPA is a plus!
