[Remote] Engineering Manager, Data Transformation

The Engineering Manager for the Data Transformation team will reputed company engineers in building and operating data transformation pipelines, ensuring high-quality datasets for analytics and workflows at reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure and services that scale to our users needs with an eye on reliability and efficiency
• reputed company and manage a team of talented engineers on the team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their reputed company
• Work with high-visibility teams and their stakeholders to support the Infrastructure’s key engineering initiatives
• Understand user needs and pain points to prioritize engineering work and deliver high quality solutions that meet user needs
• Drive the execution of projects, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from planning to delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality and timely completion
• Provide hands-on technical leadership (architecture/design, reputed company/direction/requirements setting, and incident response processes) for your reports

• 1 - 3 years of experience managing teams that shipped and operated data pipelines and critical distributed system infrastructure
• Successfully recruited and built great teams

• Works effectively cross-functionally and is reputed company to think rigorously, communicate effectively, and reputed company or coordinate hard reputed company and trade-offs
