[Remote] Project Manager

The role involves partnering with executive leadership to drive key projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and company priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with executive leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities, support organizational scaling efforts, and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and overall performance
• Monitor project reputed company, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to reputed company initiatives on track
• Analyze project outcomes, key performance indicators, and business impact metrics to provide recommendations and support data-driven growth strategies

• Support change management efforts by helping teams adapt to new processes, systems, and organizational initiatives
• Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs

Skills

• 3+ years of project management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams and stakeholders at reputed company levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field preferred
• Business experience in a reputed company and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and project management tools such as reputed company, reputed company, Jira, reputed company, or similar platforms preferred
• Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance reporting is highly preferred
