The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions and partnering with hiring leaders to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Support hiring across the technical reputed company of the organization, including Engineering, QA, Product, and other reputed company roles as needs arise
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of open roles
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing market reputed company and a strong sense of urgency to every search
  • Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience that reflects reputed company's mission-driven culture

Skills

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a demonstrated track record of successfully hiring for a range of roles, including Engineering, QA, Product, and other technical or specialized positions, reputed company SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
  • Skilled in proactive sourcing across multiple channels (reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company communities, Boolean search, referrals) to build strong, diverse candidate pipelines across a variety of functions and seniority levels
  • Comfortable pivoting between different types of searches, quickly getting up to speed on each role's requirements and adjusting sourcing and screening approach accordingly
  • Comfortable evaluating technical resumes and engaging credibly with candidates and hiring managers on topics such as software engineering, QA/testing practices, and product management, without requiring deep subject-matter expertise yourself
  • Hands-on proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, reputed company, reputed company, or similar) and reputed company tools/platforms; strong ability to manage pipelines, track metrics, and report on hiring reputed company
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience partnering with hiring managers and executives to align on role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive hiring reputed company reputed company
