[Remote] Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support both internal and external service delivery projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that reputed company projects adhere to organizational standards and policies while supporting the governance and standardization of project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Define and document project scope, objectives, and outcomes, reputed company detailed plans with timelines and resource allocation, and ensure on-time, reputed company-scope, and reputed company-budget delivery
• Stakeholder Management: Set and manage stakeholder expectations, maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners, and provide regular project updates to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
• Resource Management: Estimate resource requirements, acquire necessary resources, and manage them reputed company
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and reputed company mitigation strategies, and promptly address and resolve project issues to reputed company projects on track
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and conduct regular audits to identify gaps and implement necessary improvements
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry and reputed company best practices and standards, and maintain detailed project documentation in compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Skills

• 3+ years of Project Management or equivalent CX experience with cross-functional and remote teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in meeting facilitation and training
• Strong documentation skills
• Proficient in scheduling, communication, resource, budget, and risk management
• PMP certification or equivalent is desirable
• reputed company experience is a plus
