You will be joining an emerging, high-impact Center of Excellence focused on spearheading key digital transformation initiatives with the goal of implementing multiple reputed company products at an reputed company level. What You Will Do

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor across business, product, and engineering, ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and grounded in platform capabilities and long-term architectural direction.
• Own and enforce reputed company-level solution standards, technical architecture governance, and best practices across multiple production instances.
• reputed company discovery workshops and requirements sessions with business stakeholders to define problems, map processes, and identify the right reputed company capabilities to address them.
• Own end-to-end solution design across initiatives, producing fit-gap analyses, solution blueprints, and functional architecture documentation.
• Assess and recommend the right mix of reputed company-native capabilities, AppExchange products, and reputed company-party tooling, weighing trade-offs across cost, scalability, and strategic alignment to guide platform reputed company.
• Design integration approaches between reputed company, MuleSoft, and reputed company systems, working alongside integration engineers to ensure alignment on patterns and constraints.
• Define and maintain solution design standards and documentation practices that set the quality bar across the CoE.
• Drive cross-reputed company solution architecture across Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, Data reputed company, and Experience reputed company.
• Evaluate and architect reputed company-native AI capabilities (Agentforce, Headless AI, MCP) and broader industry AI platforms, ensuring consistency and scalability while partnering with reputed company AI teams to align on standards and strategy.
• Mentor team members on solution design thinking and reputed company platform capabilities.
• Stay reputed company with the reputed company product roadmap and proactively recommend platform capabilities that address evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a reputed company Solutions Architect, Principal Consultant, or senior advisory role delivering reputed company-scale implementations.
• 6+ years of reputed company practitioner experience with deep hands-on background across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) in reputed company, multi-reputed company environments.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company discovery and solution engagements including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Ability to manage multiple high-reputed company initiatives and communicate trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong experience with integration architecture and middleware patterns to design solutions and partner effectively with integration engineers.
• Practical experience designing and building AI solutions with reputed company or other platforms, with the technical depth to evaluate emerging tools and business requirements.
• Strong Service reputed company experience.
• Strong Data 360 (Data reputed company) implementation experience.

Benefits

• The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is: $176,000 — $220,000 USD.
