[Remote] Project Manager - HR Service Support

They are seeking a Project Manager to reputed company HR service support for the Department of Homeland reputed company, managing deliverables, performance, and customer satisfaction across the contract lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost across reputed company PWS task areas; track CDRLs and ensure on-time, defect-free deliverables
- Supervise HR specialists across employee relations, benefits, staffing, classification, and HRIT support; assign tasks, resolve escalations, and reputed company staff capability
- Operate the QA/QC program; produce monthly status reports tied to PWS service-level standards, including continuity during furlough and contingency scenarios
- Serve as primary reputed company to the COR, DHS leadership, and component HR offices; run recurring touchpoints and translate government priorities into team execution
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks; communicate impacts and corrective actions clearly and early; maintain the program risk and issue logs
- Forecast staffing needs against projected workload; maintain bench strength to meet surge events and continuity-of-operations requirements
- Ensure adherence to OPM regulations, DHS HR policy, federal records management, and contract reputed company requirements
Skills
- 7-10 years of reputed company project management experience, including 3-5 years on federal HR services reputed company
- Demonstrated experience managing PWS-driven reputed company with CDRL deliverables
- Proven reputed company leading geographically distributed teams of 10 or more HR practitioners
- Strong written communication; reputed company to produce executive-grade reports, memoranda, and briefings
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in reputed company Resources, Business, Public Administration, or reputed company field
- Prior experience supporting DHS or DHS component HR offices
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Working knowledge of federal HR systems: USA Staffing, NFC, MyPerformance, webTA, and FPPS
- Familiarity with HR shared services delivery models and case management platforms
- Experience drafting Douglas Factors analyses, performance documentation, or other formal personnel actions
