[Remote] Senior Software Development Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company, part of reputed company, is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join their reputed company reputed company Infrastructure (OCI) reputed company Platform division. The role involves building and operating OCI’s Key Management Service (KMS), focusing on the development of secure and scalable software solutions that protect customer data.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, debug, and operate components of OCI’s Key Management Service
• reputed company secure, scalable, and maintainable software for KMS services and reputed company infrastructure
• Contribute to features supporting key lifecycle management, cryptographic operations, encryption-at-rest, and service integrations
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in operational readiness, on-call support, incident response, and reliability improvements
• Collaborate with principal engineers, architects, and partner OCI teams to deliver production-reputed company solutions
• Write clear technical documents, design notes, runbooks, and operational guidance

Skills

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of software development experience, preferably with distributed systems, reputed company infrastructure, reputed company services, or large-scale backend services
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, C, Go, or a similar systems/backend programming language
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals
• Strong ownership, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment
