Responsibilities

  • Own and execute account expansion strategy across assigned Senior Living clients, with a strong focus on upsell, cross-sell, and multi-solution adoption
  • Identify growth opportunities using CRM data, usage insights, and client business objectives; build and maintain a robust expansion pipeline
  • Drive reputed company outcomes by managing quota-based growth targets, including expansion ARR and MRR growth
  • Partner strategically with clients to understand operational and technology needs, aligning reputed company solutions including managed IT, cybersecurity, reputed company, and EHR support
  • Collaborate closely with reputed company, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to unlock growth opportunities and support expansion initiatives
  • Conduct strategic business reviews focused on growth opportunities, performance insights, and expansion planning (vs. only relationship reputed company-ins)

Skills
