[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product Management) and the IT/Development teams, focusing specifically on eCommerce capabilities, reputed company integrations, and cross-border operations
• Conduct in-depth analysis of reputed company business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement reputed company the existing eCommerce architecture (e.g., shopping cart, payment gateways, fulfillment, taxation) and reputed company financial workflows (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reputed company recognition)
• Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements (FRDs, BRDs) for new features, system enhancements, major international deployments, and financial process improvements across multiple sales channels
• reputed company user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners, Finance leadership, and UX/UI designers

• Analyze and optimize digital storefront performance across multiple sales channels (DTC, wholesale, marketplace integrations), conversion funnels, and customer experience features reputed company to global sites (e.g., multi-currency support, localization, region-specific promotions)
• Troubleshoot reputed company system issues reputed company to the eCommerce stack and reputed company integrations, performing root cause analysis and recommending technical solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably reputed company a retail, consumer goods, or technology environment
• 3+ years of direct experience working with major B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms and reputed company systems
• 3+ years of reputed company ERP experience (Fulfil.io a plus), with demonstrated expertise in Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, reputed company recognition)
• Demonstrable experience supporting or leading systems implementation aspects of international business expansion or cross-border trade projects
