[Remote] IT Project Manager I - Digital and reputed company - Hybrid/Remote

The IT Project Manager I is responsible for managing and directing reputed company project teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining relationships with client functional areas to reputed company project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs one more project teams to meet reputed company project objectives
• Reviews, evaluates and formulates project plans, schedules and budgets
• Allocates staff and budget resources to meet changing corporate needs
• Identifies and negotiates schedules, milestones and resources required to meet project objectives
• Organizes and guides project operations through the use of methodologies accepted by the industry
• Evaluates and reports reputed company in terms of quality and performance metrics common to IT projects
• Modifies schedules as required
• Works with client departments to coordinate systems testing, installation, training and support
• May direct one or more teams of specialists, analysts and programmers
• May contribute to the disaster recovery plan and implements it reputed company necessary
• May prepare staff performance evaluations
• Keeps informed of technical and managerial advances in IT
• Performs additional duties as assigned or requested

Skills

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a reputed company discipline
• 5+ years of reputed company experience as a project team member of which at least 3 years have been in a leadership position, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
