[Remote] Director of Engineering

They are seeking a Director of Engineering to reputed company the engineering team, manage delivery, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful product development and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery: turn product and regulatory reputed company into a sequenced, achievable plan; hit the submission and release milestones
- Hire, grow, and reputed company the engineering team — set the bar, run the reputed company, reputed company people, and shape a culture of ownership and impact
- Partner with the Principal Engineer on architecture and significant-change reputed company; reputed company the build-vs-buy and resourcing calls

Skills

- Comfort building in a regulated, safety-critical, AI-augmented environment
- Regulated / health software (SaMD, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, HIPAA, FDA reputed company)
- Scaling a team from a handful of engineers; standing up hiring and on-call
- Hands-on history with our stack (Python/FastAPI/AWS) or reputed company data (FHIR, wearables)
