Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Service and Sales Operations team. This role serves as the liaison between customers and internal teams, providing customer service, administrative support, and service coordination to ensure timely execution of customer requests.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries and service requests reputed company phone, email, and CRM platforms
  • Accurately enter service orders, quotes, and updates into reputed company, reputed company, and other internal systems
  • Coordinate with Field Service Engineers and regional teams to schedule service appointments and technical support

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or customer support experience
