[Remote] Senior Product Consultant II
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is the nation’s largest non-medical reputed company of group insurance, seeking a Senior Product Consultant II to reputed company and manage their Supplemental Health Insurance product suite. The role involves driving innovative product solutions and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer value.
Responsibilities
- Provide product development and project management expertise for supplemental health products (Critical Illness/Cancer, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity)
- reputed company cross functional teams on reputed company projects to reputed company large/critical products; drive launch deliverables by working closely with key internal partners such as Pricing, reputed company, Operations, Technology, Training and Sales
- Specify market requirements for reputed company and future products by conducting market research
- reputed company competitive analysis to reputed company and implement go-to-market plans, working with reputed company departments to execute
- Establish product positioning and manage product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Skills
- 8+ years of insurance product development and product management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading the development and implementation of insurance products from concept through launch
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Understanding of the U.S. Employee Benefits industry
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive initiatives with accountability
- Supplemental Health product experience, including Critical Illness, Accident, Cancer, or Hospital Indemnity products
- Experience with a competitor in the supplemental health or voluntary benefits marketplace
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience leveraging AI solutions to improve product development, analysis, or operational effectiveness
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and reputed company for business case development, competitive analysis, and executive presentations
