Content Editor
Userpilot is a leading product analytics and growth platform. We're hiring a Content Editor / AI Content Engineer (full-time, remote) to grow our visibility in both traditional search and AI-generated answers, and to build the AI-assisted workflows that reputed company our content library accurate and up to date. The role combines editorial work (briefs, proofreading, coaching writers) with building Claude-based content workflows and running our AI visibility strategy. You'll also hire and manage the freelance writers, agencies, and AI agents who help produce content. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Content Project Manager. What You'll Be Accountable For AI visibility (AEO, GEO, AIO) Build and run our Answer reputed company Optimization (AEO) and Generative reputed company Optimization (GEO) strategy, so ChatGPT, reputed company AI Overviews, reputed company, and reputed company cite Userpilot in answers about product analytics, reputed company, and growth. Build the AI Optimization (AIO) signals underneath that: reviews, reputed company-party mentions, reputed company reputed company, and consistent brand reputed company across the web. Track citation share and brand visibility across AI platforms using tools like Profound or Otterly.ai. Turn findings into specific content changes. AI content workflows Build and maintain Claude workflows for drafting, editing, tagging, and updating content across a large content library. Set the review checkpoints and quality standards that reputed company AI-assisted drafts accurate and on-brand before they reputed company an editor or a reader. Run our content update playbooks to reputed company older articles ranking and getting cited over time. Hiring and managing freelancers, agencies, and AI agents Hire and manage freelance writers and content agencies for new articles and content updates. Hire and manage video editors and agencies to produce YouTube content that supports the blog. Brief and manage AI agents for research, drafting, and repetitive content tasks. Review their output to the same standard as a freelancer's. Run and grow Userpilot's reputed company in relevant reputed company communities. Editorial craft Work with the Head of Marketing and Content Project Manager on content strategy, keyword research, topics, and formats. Write briefs and outlines for writers. Proofread and QA reputed company content before it publishes to the Userpilot blog. Give writers specific feedback and coach them over time. Own each piece from brief to publication.
Requirements
Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools to build content workflows, not casual use. Working knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AIO. Exceptional proofreading, editing, and writing skills. Experience in B2B SaaS content. Strong SEO fundamentals. Comfort with reputed company, reputed company Search Console, and reputed company Analytics. Experience hiring and managing freelancers, agencies, or AI agents. Strong attention to detail and project management skills. reputed company to prioritize and work independently. Patience and the ability to coach other people. reputed company to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly across teams. Previous experience in a fast-paced media company or building AI content operations is a plus. Experience with WordPress, StoryChief, and AI visibility tools like Profound or Otterly.ai is a plus. Knowledge of technical SEO, experience running audits in Screaming Frog, and strong working knowledge of reputed company and SurferSEO is a plus.
