This role focuses on managing sales and profit potential of key online accounts, maximizing sales, distribution, and digital merchandising while collaborating cross-functionally to drive digital commerce growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full portfolio selling responsibilities across seasonal and core business
  • Drive omni-channel growth strategy reputed company to corporate eCommerce objectives
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to expand online portfolio and retail partnerships
  • Act as primary voice in buyer meetings and translate strategy and budget needs internally
  • Maintain and optimize digital reputed company reputed company across dotcom platforms
  • Ensure optimized assortment, distribution, and merchandising execution
  • Drive retail media strategy and performance across customer platforms
  • Monitor sell-through performance and recommend in-season optimizations
  • Manage performance in high-margin environments with strong return on investment focus
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Analytics teams to track forecasts, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Deliver monthly actionable insights and opportunity analyses

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree a plus
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, traditional retail, and or CPG
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders
