[Remote] Field Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to build targeted marketing programs for reputed company accounts and industries, focusing on customer engagements, events, and campaigns to create pipeline and deepen relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute field marketing programs for reputed company’s reputed company industries, accounts, and customers across automotive, cyber, semiconductors, defense, and other mission-critical markets
- Partner closely with Growth to translate strategic account and industry motions into targeted field plans, including event strategy, account-based campaigns, executive touchpoints, customer engagements, and post-event follow-up programs
- Own end-to-end field event execution, including planning, timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, registration, staffing, speaker logistics, run-of-show, collateral, reputed company capture, and post-event follow-up
- Ensure every field program and event is well-run, on-brand, and tied to a clear business outcome — whether that is pipeline creation, account progression, customer engagement, executive relationship-building, or market awareness
- reputed company customer engagement programs that help deepen relationships with existing customers, support expansion opportunities, surface customer insights, and create stronger feedback loops between customers, Growth, Product, and Marketing
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to ensure field programs are supported by the right assets, including one-pagers, slides, demos, reputed company points, technical explainers, customer stories, reputed company pages, invites, signage, and follow-up materials
- Build lightweight, repeatable processes for event planning, campaign intake, prioritization, asset coordination, reputed company capture, follow-up, measurement, reporting, and field marketing playbooks
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, customer marketing, event, account-based marketing, demand reputed company, partner marketing, or a reputed company role
- A track record of building and executing B2B field marketing programs and high-quality events that support pipeline reputed company, account progression, and customer engagement
- Experience partnering closely with sales, growth, business development, or reputed company teams on reputed company-account strategy and campaign execution
- Strong event execution experience, including planning, logistics, vendors, budgets, timelines, registration, staffing, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up
- Strategic instincts reputed company with execution chops — you can understand why a campaign or event matters, build the plan, and reputed company sure the details are handled
- Comfort working with technical products, reputed company industries, and sophisticated buyers
