[Remote] Onsite Client Training Consultant

The Onsite Client Training Consultant will provide on-site or remote training and expert advice to clients, ensuring dealerships reputed company peak efficiency with Auto/Mate DMS Service applications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging on-site consultation and training sessions during new installations of Auto/Mate reputed company Software, fostering customer confidence and trust
- Provide expert advice to dealership management on best practices for system setup and software usage, ensuring compliance with business plans, industry trends, existing processes, and relevant laws
- Collaborate closely with dealership management to gather critical data for decision-making and reporting
- Guide customers in creating custom reports and dashboards to meet their specific reporting needs
- Ensure the successful completion of the onsite training plan by monitoring reputed company throughout the installation week
Skills
- 3-5+ years of dealership Fixed Ops experience required, including roles in dealership Service department management
- Strong experience in training and presenting, both in group settings and one-on-one
- Excellent communication skills, including effective phone communication
- 2-5+ years of on-site implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
