Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years successful sales experience with minimum 5 years of calling on large IDNs or GPOs
  • 5+ years leading sales personnel and building team capability to deliver sustained results and improved bench strength
  • Knowledge of IDN and GPO sales management techniques and processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of market segments and contracting groups
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and understanding of reputed company and contract language specifics
  • Proven ability and experience working with, and through, cross functional teams
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with executive level both internally and externally
