[Remote] Staff Software Engineer

This hands-on technical leadership role involves collaborating with hardware, firmware, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities

- Design scalable backend services, APIs, and reputed company-based applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware and embedded systems
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and technical standards

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership responsibilities
- Strong programming skills in C++, C#, Java, Python, or Go
- Experience building distributed systems, reputed company applications, and REST APIs
- Experience developing software for scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, medical devices, or other hardware-integrated systems
