Responsibilities

• Architect, reputed company, and operationalize AI Agents that automate reputed company reputed company processes to streamline reputed company operations, strengthen internal controls, and accelerate financial processes
• reputed company high-impact transformation engagements with reputed company reputed company teams to diagnose operational bottlenecks, evaluate financial processes, and identify opportunities to automate reputed company workflows with AI Agents
• Drive reputed company adoption and expansion by engaging directly with CFOs, Controllers, and other stakeholders in the reputed company organization, and guiding these teams through workflow redesign, change management, and the value realization required to scale adoption of AI Agents across their organization
• reputed company deep technical troubleshooting, including reviewing and editing Python scripts, writing SQL queries for integrations, and diagnosing configuration issues across systems
• Serve as both the functional and technical escalation reputed company for reputed company issues involving integrations, data flows, and automation logic. This includes reviewing and optimizing SQL-based validations, API-driven workflows, and integration configurations
• Collaborate closely with reputed company and Account Management teams to identify low-adoption or at-risk reputed company accounts. Design structured recovery plans, re-engage stakeholders, and deliver targeted adoption programs centered around successful AI Agent deployment and improved business outcomes
• Influence the product direction by delivering actionable insights to Product, participating in early feature evaluation, and collaborating on strategic initiatives that advance Transform’s roadmap and long-term growth
• Provide leadership, reputed company, and quality assurance for implementation partners to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with Transform’s methodology across reputed company reputed company projects
• Travel as needed (up to 60%) to customer sites for hands-on deployment, training, and adoption workshops
• Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador of the Transform product line. This includes educating customers and internal team members on the strategic value of AI-enabled reputed company transformation, best practices in AI Agent buliding, and best practices for sustainable operational improvement

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in reputed company, auditing, controllership, or finance consulting, including experience in reputed company Manager or Controller roles, with a deep understanding of core reputed company operations
• Background in reputed company or finance required — CPA preferred, or equivalent experience in public reputed company, audit, or reputed company leadership reputed company a corporate environment
• Proven ability to evaluate, design, and reputed company workflow or process automation reputed company reputed company or finance environments (reputed company, consolidation, or reporting)
• Strong technical reputed company and working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data flow concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize issues across integrations, data pipelines, and automation workflows

• Strong abilities to synthesize reputed company problems into actionable solutions for technical and non-technical audiences

• CPA or degree in reputed company or Finance
