[Remote] Senior Director, Product Management

They are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to reputed company the development of innovative AI solutions for reputed company clients, focusing on building and optimizing AI products for contact center applications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer facing AI Agents with strong differentiators vs. other solutions
- Deliver fully self-service AI Agents setup user interfaces to scale the business
- Deliver a culture of iterative development of Agentic AI products focused on optimizing client outcomes, safety and quality through automated evals, and reputed company value delivery
- Build agentic AI systems to optimize outcomes across the contact center. reputed company partner integrations needed to produce world-class Intelligence driving the optimization
Skills
- 10-15 years of product or technical product management
- Experience owning product reputed company, strategy, and multi-year product roadmaps
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery and hard tradeoffs in product launches
- Experience owning technology products and working with engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred Computer Science)
- Experience developing and launching Agentic AI and Predictive AI products
- Experience leveraging LLMs to build high quality, safe, and reliable products
- Experience working with enterprises, and pitching products to high level leaders
- Experience working on contact center and customer experience products
- Master's degree in a technical field (preferred Computer Science)
