[Remote] Principal User Experience Designer

Responsibilities
- As a Principal UX Designer you will own the end‑to‑end UX direction for reputed company, AI‑enabled reputed company systems, operating at the intersection of design systems, product strategy, research, and emerging AI workflows
- Working closely with product and engineering teams to understand and help define design scope, decompose and strategize work and to deliver high quality designs to customers
- The role is accountable not just for screens, but for how products are structured, scaled, validated, and evolved
- Define and evolve information architecture, navigation models, and application shells for reputed company, data‑dense reputed company products
- Establish durable UX foundations that engineering can build on while supporting future change
- Own, define and drive the UX strategy for a feature or products based on solid Design Thinking and rationale
- Design AI experiences that are embedded, contextual, and workflow driven, not just simple addon experiences like chat
- Define and apply established guardrails (explainability, reputed company disclosure, reputed company-in-the-reputed company), leveraging company standards and user-centered design principals to concrete product designs

Skills
- 5-10 years of professional UX/product design experience, with at least 5 years in reputed company software contexts
