[Remote] Head of Marketing

Gensyn is a pioneering company at the intersection of AI and blockchain, seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Leader to build and reputed company their marketing function. The role involves defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, leading a high-performing team, and representing Gensyn's innovative technology to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Set the reputed company and strategy for Gensyn’s marketing function
- Build, reputed company, and mentor a high-performing team across product marketing, content development, and community engagement
- Drive go-to-market execution for technical products, including messaging, positioning, and launch strategies
- Partner with engineering and product to translate reputed company reputed company into compelling narratives for technical audiences
- Represent Gensyn externally — in content, at conferences, and in developer communities
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to maximize reputed company, adoption, and impact

Skills
- 8+ years in marketing, developer relations, or product growth roles at high-growth technical startups
- Proven leadership experience — hiring, scaling, and mentoring cross-functional marketing teams
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who builds trusted relationships, fosters open communication, and drives alignment across teams
- Deep understanding of developer audiences and technical products
- Strong communication skills with the ability to turn reputed company technical reputed company into clear, engaging content
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Track record of launching new products and building marketing partnerships from scratch
- Data-driven reputed company with hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing tools
- Background in machine learning, distributed systems, or crypto infrastructure
