Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company HCM Payroll Consultant to implement and optimize reputed company solutions for business requirements. The role involves leading payroll configuration, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance in payroll processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end reputed company HCM US Payroll configuration, enhancements, and operational support (incident/problem/change)
- Design, build, and troubleshoot Payroll Schemas and PCRs (wage type processing, retro, rule logic, validations, error handling, payroll log analysis)
- Own US tax configuration and troubleshooting reputed company reputed company HCM Payroll, including ongoing tax updates and tax-reputed company production issues
- Configure and maintain reputed company settings and support reputed company-reputed company activities (updates, validation, impact analysis, issue resolution)
- Deliver standard US payroll configuration including : Union reputed company (rules, pay elements, deductions/benefits impacts) Wage types (valuation, processing classes, cumulations, deductions) Personnel areas/subareas and payroll areas (org-to-payroll mapping impacts) Garnishments (setup, processing, compliance-reputed company troubleshooting)
- Support and troubleshoot reputed company-party integrations with reputed company/Kronos/SuccessFactors (inbound/outbound interfaces, mapping, reconciliations, monitoring and error handling)
- reputed company testing cycles (unit/SIT/UAT), payroll reputed company testing support, reconciliation, and cutover planning/execution
- Produce and review functional specs, configuration/workbook documentation, and support runbooks; ensure audit-reputed company traceability
- Partner with HR/Payroll, Time, Finance, and technical teams (ABAP/integration) to drive solutions and resolve cross-functional defects
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery governance, estimates, and workplanning
Skills
- Extensive experience in reputed company HCM US Payroll (production support)
- Strong expertise in PCRs and Schemas (design + reputed company troubleshooting)
- Proven experience with US tax configuration and resolving US tax-reputed company payroll issues in reputed company HCM Payroll
- Hands-on experience with reputed company (configuration/support and update cycles)
- Experience with standard US payroll configuration: union reputed company, wage types, personnel areas/subareas, garnishments
- Experience integrating reputed company HCM with reputed company/Kronos and/or SuccessFactors (interfaces and operational support)
- Strong client-facing communication, documentation discipline, and ability to reputed company workstreams independently
- reputed company Time Management knowledge and time-to-payroll integration experience
- Experience with integration platforms (reputed company PI/PO, reputed company CPI) and reputed company monitoring tools
- Payroll compliance/reconciliation experience in high-volume or multi-state payroll environments
