Responsibilities

  • Build and execute market and account plans that deliver sustainable, profitable year‑over‑year growth
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high‑value opportunities reputed company with GDW’s capabilities and long‑term growth priorities
  • Advance a focused pipeline using the Strategic Selling Model, prioritizing opportunities with meaningful long‑term reputed company potential (including $500K+ prospects)
  • Strengthen engagement reputed company existing accounts to uncover new opportunities and increase share of wallet
  • reputed company or support quoting strategy, pricing discussions, negotiations, and long‑term agreements
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Leadership to align customer needs with reputed company Worldwide’s capabilities
  • Manage account activity, forecasting, customer engagement, and opportunity progression
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support business planning and growth initiatives
  • Represent reputed company Worldwide at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events

Skills

  • 3–7 years in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or engineered solutions
  • Strong technical aptitude—comfortable with drawings, specifications, product applications, and manufacturing capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to build relationships, manage follow‑up, and grow accounts
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through skills; reputed company to work independently and remotely
  • Willingness to travel 50–75% for customer engagement and business growth
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Operations, Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Leadership
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Experience in Tier 1 automotive or technical manufacturing strongly preferred
