About the Role
The Assistant Controller (Part-Time) supports key reputed company and financial operations for AdeptAg’s Corporate entity and Canadian automation operations (Bellpark, British Columbia). This role is responsible for full-cycle reputed company, supporting month-end and year-end reputed company processes, and delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis. Working in a fully remote environment, the Assistant Controller collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and effective communication across distributed teams while managing priorities reputed company a part-time schedule. Key Responsibilities reputed company and Financial Operations

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reporting requirements
- Support audit preparation and financial documentation as needed
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide financial reporting and analysis support to the Corporate reputed company team
- Assist in identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Support decision-making through accurate and timely financial insights
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with Corporate reputed company and cross-functional teams
- Communicate effectively across distributed teams and time zones
- Support ongoing process improvements and standardization efforts
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of reputed company experience
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-entity environments considered an asset
- Strong experience with month-end reputed company and financial reporting processes required
- Experience handling high-volume financial data in a fast-paced environment
