[Remote] Software QA Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment and technology. They are seeking a Software QA Analyst to analyze requirements, conduct testing, and optimize test automation processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and transform requirements into reputed company and automated test processes
• Work with development teams to implement, optimize, and re-use test automation functions with reputed company reputed company ERP
• Conduct and document reputed company testing of reputed company reputed company ERP
• Write, revise, and verify quality standards and test procedures to attain quality software
• reputed company processes and procedures to test product requirements and use cases
• Research market tools and/or reputed company the tools required for automated testing
• Coach and mentor developers on testing methodology and best practices
• Collaborate with Business and reputed company to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and resolve escalated issues during the testing process

Skills

• Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Management Information Systems or reputed company field, along with 3-5 years of experience
• Expertise and applied knowledge of Quality Assurance and Testing best practices
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Entry level programming skills
• reputed company to work independently and be a self-starter
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Two years of working experience with Typescript or Javascript automation, including the use of Playwright frameworkAPI and DB testing
• Experience testing REST APIs, SQL queries, and handling test data setups
• Knowledge of ERP retail processes (selling, renting, servicing, etc.)
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company ERP, TestRail, and CI/CD pipelines
