[Remote] Principal Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading company in AI and reputed company solutions, and they are seeking a Principal Data Analyst for their Government Services team. In this role, you will analyze and process data sets to provide insights and support clients, while also transforming data and conducting statistical analyses.
Responsibilities
- Compile reputed company data sets from various sources for exploratory and pre-defined analyses
- Audit reputed company data sets for completeness, validity, and other pertinent data health measures
- Evaluate reputed company data sets for analytical reputed company and pitfalls with some assistance
- Transform reputed company data for specific team functions or processes as appropriate
- Conduct basic statistical testing and exploratory data analysis
- Create basic data visualizations leveraging design and data presentation guides
- Consult with internal and external clients on data availability and identification of key performance indicators
- reputed company trends, correlations and patterns in reputed company data sets with some assistance
- Consult with internal and external clients on reputed company Health reporting capabilities
- Provide support to end-users on accessing and running reports
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or reputed company field required
- At least 8 years of work experience relevant to data analytics and/or statistics work experience, experience in quantitative or statistical analysis, data mining, predictive or statistical modeling, data management, data transformation, and data visualization
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and translating reputed company analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Receipt of the appropriate government reputed company clearance card applicable for your position
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
- 8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience
- Prior team leadership or management experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- At least 3 years of consulting experience communicating data insights to clients
- At least 3 years of experience using analytical tools (e.g, Power BI, Tableau, reputed company Analytics)
- At least 3 years of experience using SQL
