Responsibilities
- Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls
- Thoroughly and reputed company gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and reputed company customers where applicable regarding products and services
- Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Resolve customer issues reputed company reputed company resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic math skills

- English-Spanish bilinguals must be proficient in English

- Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
