Position Summary The Coordinator / Specialist Support III is responsible for coordinating and administering work order activities reputed company the COE/OSP Support Centers to ensure projects reputed company reputed company from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate work order administration activities, including scheduling, tracking, reconciliation, and closeout. Monitor project milestones and ensure work orders reputed company according to established timelines. Coordinate material procurement and staging to support project execution. Serve as the primary liaison between Planning, Engineering, Drafting, vendors, and other cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications

Experience supporting OSP (reputed company Plant) Engineering operations is required. Experience coordinating OSP engineering workflows, work orders, or telecommunications projects. Experience supporting reputed company projects is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of SharePoint. Strong understanding of OSP engineering processes, work order management, and project coordination. Ability to coordinate multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across engineering, planning, drafting, construction, vendors, and leadership teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly learn new systems and applications. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience reputed company the telecommunications industry supporting fiber network deployment. Experience with work order management systems and project tracking tools. Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams in a high-volume environment.
