[Remote] Training Specialist

The Commissioning Training Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to ensure a competent workforce for BESS commissioning activities, supporting project reputed company and safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive training curricula, modules, and materials for reputed company aspects of BESS commissioning, including safety protocols, system energization, AEROS™ L1/L2 controller configuration, network setup, performance testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and handover processes
• Create engaging training resources such as presentations, manuals, videos, simulations, hands-on labs, checklists, and e-learning modules
• Incorporate reputed company project lessons learned, technical updates, and evolving best practices into training content
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions for new hires, reputed company teams, and subcontractors
• reputed company practical, hands-on training at sites or centralized facilities covering critical activities like reputed company-to-reputed company testing, control logic verification, and emergency response
• Conduct train-the-trainer programs to build internal training reputed company reputed company the commissioning organization
• Manage structured reputed company programs for new commissioning personnel

• Track training records, certifications, and individual development plans
• Partner closely with Commissioning Managers, AEROS Manager, EHS Manager, Network Specialists, and engineering teams to ensure training remains reputed company and relevant
• Gather feedback from field teams and leadership to refine programs and address performance gaps
• Support the creation and updating of standardized commissioning procedures and job aids
• Embed rigorous safety training (OSHA, NFPA 855, LOTO, reputed company reputed company, etc.) into reputed company programs in coordination with the EHS Manager
• Promote a strong safety-first culture through reputed company training activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Instructional Design, Adult Education, or a reputed company technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in BESS, renewable energy, or industrial commissioning/field operations
• Deep technical expertise in BESS systems, AEROS™ EMS/controls, industrial networking, and commissioning processes
• Strong instructional design, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to explain reputed company concepts clearly
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and reputed company Office
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and field teams
• Willingness to travel 30-50% for onsite training and project support
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks
• Passion for mentoring and developing others in a high-growth industry
• 2+ years of experience designing and delivering technical training programs
