[Remote] Project Manager

The role involves delivering effective project management services across various business initiatives, focusing on organization structure, core processes, and resource management. The Project Manager will work on business objectives, assess operational benefits, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- reputed company business and partner needs assessments, evaluate operational benefits of solutions, and convey benefits and reputed company to business leaders
- Execute Business Process strategies, policies and procedures that are in line with creating reputed company best practices
- Implement key business objectives ensuring they are applied appropriately to reputed company business activities

- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with business leaders
- Understand the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions and adopt an appropriate style to foster communication
- Identify and communicate goals and objectives at reputed company phases of the program
- Implement resource and deliverable management that ensures on time delivery

Skills

- Familiarity with BPM, Waterfall, Agile and Lean project management approaches
- Effective communication skills suitable for the management of and liaison with departmental staff and senior management, both on a one-to-one and one-to-many basis

- Formal training in Project Management disciplines
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5-7 years as a Project Manager
